Chocolate Yogurt Tart
This chocolate yogurt tart a delicious treat made up of an oats and banana crust and a chocolate and Greek yogurt filling. It will surly satisfy your taste buds without a lot of time and effort to make.

- 2 bananas mashed
- 1 ⅕ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cups oat flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
Chocolate Yogurt Filling
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ⅔ cup Greek yogurt full fat
- 4 oz Cool Whip cold or frozen
- berries for garnish optional
Crust
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, mash bananas until there are no big chunks. Add in in vanilla extract and mix until combined with mashed bananas. Mix in oat flour, sugar, and old fashioned oats. Spead the mixture evenly in a 9-inch tart pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake crust for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Once baked, allow crust to cool completely before adding chocolate yogurt filling.
Chocolate Yogurt Filling
In a microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips. Melt chocolate chips in 30 second intervals and mixing every 30 seconds until chocolate is melted. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
Add Greek yogurt and frozen Cool Whip and mix until evenly combined with melted chocolate.
Pour chocolate yogurt filling on top of cooled crust. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
